Chris Payne

Chris Payne began his insurance career in 1981 with R.K. Carvill & Company, a Lloyd’s of London reinsurance intermediary specializing in treaty reinsurance for professional liability insurers in the United States. The company served the needs of many medical professional liability companies and was the largest independent intermediary for specialty business at Lloyd’s. Chris has worked as a consultant and board level advisor to both established and start-up professional liability companies, self-insurance funds and private corporations. He has specialized in captive insurance business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and reinsurance. He is an honors graduate of Kings College, London University.

Stewart Greisman

 Dr. Stewart Greisman is a retired emergency medicine physician who practiced in the state of Colorado for over 40 years. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. During his career Stewart served on the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners (5 years) and on the Board as Treasurer of the first and largest PPO in Colorado (9 years). He was the state Medical Director of a national health insurer for two years, and served on the board of Colorado’s leading medical professional liability insurer for 15 years. He brings a unique background in regulatory, business and insurance operations to CLICRRG.
